Meet Bonnie

Every successful launch has a story.

Business Owner
Most people only see launch day.
They don’t see the spreadsheets.
The timelines.
The speaker coordination.
The website updates.
The late-night edits.
The last-minute pivots.
Or the dozens of small decisions that determine whether a launch feels calm or chaotic.
Those behind-the-scenes moments are where I thrive.
That’s why I created BSquared.
Because great launches don’t happen by accident.
They happen through thoughtful planning, organized systems, and steady execution.

How I Got Here

A Journey to Calm
My career has taken me through corporate event departments, non profit and association management, worldwide conferences, virtual events, websites, email marketing, and strategy. No matter what industry, one thing has stayed true. I love bringing order to chaos and a plan to complex projects. I have a talent for helping people connect the dots, simplify processes, and create systems that actually work. Today, that experience has become my mission: I help you move from Chaos to Calm.

What I Believe

  • Great launches begin long before launch day.
  • Marketing should feel organized, not overwhelming.
  • Systems create freedom.
  • Progress beats perfection.
  • Relationships matter more than algorithms or the latest trends.
  • Every business deserves a clear plan.

Beyond the Business

When I’m not helping clients launch their new ideas or find calm in their chaos, you’ll find me spending time with my family, enjoying my energetic corgi, watching my daughter race her barrel horses, or reading a true crime novel.

Family is always first and enjoying life with fun and little humor (or a lot of humor) is the best way to live!

Behind the Launch

Everything I do comes back to one simple idea. The most successful launches aren’t always the loudest. They are the ones built on thoughtful planning, clear communication and dependable follow up systems.

This is why I share what happens Behind the Launch each week on Substack, where I offer stories, strategies, and practical lessons from years of managing projects, events, and marketing initiatives.

This glimpse into how I work, think and help clients can also help you along the way.
